Our Tuesday 11.30am session

Session aimed at: Our walks are open to everyone. As a club we cater for all abilities and adapt our sessions to sure they are fully inclusive. Our walks generally do not exceed one mile.

Meeting point: Victoria Park Community Centre, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0AD

Time: 11.30am

Cost: £2 a session, pay as you go, bring cash on the day!

Length of session: Sessions will not exceed 1 hour, with optional extra time for refreshments after.

Session summary: 

• Mobility and flexibility warm up - to help relieve any aching muscles and joints.

• A gentle, easy going, social walk of no more than a mile.

• Cool down stretches

• Sessions delivered and led by Advanced Walk Leaders who are trained in working with people with long term physical and mental health conditions.
