The last Tuesday of every month at 1pm

Session aimed at: Our walks are open to everyone. As a club we cater for all abilities and adapt our sessions to sure they are fully inclusive.

Meeting point: On the last Tuesday of every month our Sale Walking group meet at Ashton On Mersey Golf Club, Church Lane, Sale, M33 5QQ. We then walk by the River Mersey to Riverbank Coffee and back.

Cost: £2 a session, pay as you go, bring cash on the day!

Length of session: Sessions will not exceed 1 hour, with optional extra time for refreshments after.

Session summary: 

• Mobility and flexibility warm up - to help relieve any aching muscles and joints.

• A gentle, easy going, social walk of no more than 1-2 miles.

• Cool down stretches

• Sessions delivered and led by Advanced Walk Leaders who are trained in working with people with long term physical and mental health conditions.
