Saturday 27th April - MileShyOnTour x Trentham Gardens parkrun As decided by our recent community vote, our next MileShyOnTour will be at Trentham Gardens parkrun. The run starts at 9am and we'll start congregating in the car park around 8.30am - look out for the bee tees! You can find all the course information HERE and if you’ve not yet got a barcode you can register for one HERE.

Sunday 7th July - MileShyClub x Race For Life We’re bringing back one of our favourite events and taking part in the Race For Life at Heaton Park on Sunday 7th July. In previous years the majority of us have done the 10K which starts at 9.30am but there is also a 5K option which starts at 11am. DON'T FORGET: the Race for Life events are NOT just for the ladies anymore, men are more than welcome too. Tutus and glitter optional!

Saturday 3rd August - MileShyClub x Inflatable Run We’ve decided to add the Inflatable Run at Clay House Farm in Knutsford to this year’s MileShy calendar - an event that’s great fun and suitable for all the family! There are 2.5K, 5K and 10K options with 17, 32 and 62 obstacles respectively - we know our runners have taken their kids previously so feel free to bring yours and let’s make a real family day of it!
