DATES FOR THE DIARY

Saturday 28th June - MileShyClub C25K Graduation Parkrun Our Couch To 5K graduation for our Spring C25K groups will be split between Bramhall and Peel and parkruns so that all of our runners have a nearby event to get to. Please do come down and support our newest MileShyers! The run starts at 9am and we'll start congregating by the start lines around 8.30am. Look out for the bee tees!

Saturday 19th July - MileShyOnTour at Morecambe Prom As decided by our recent community vote our next MileShyOnTour will be at Morecambe Prom parkrun - it's a beautiful out and back course beside the sea in Morecambe. The run starts at 9am and we'll start congregating by the start around 8.30am - look out for the bee tees!
