COUCH TO 5K NOW ON IN ALL CLUBS
MileShyClub is an award winning club that has been helping people get active for almost ten years - with multiple clubs across Trafford, Salford, Stockport and Manchester there is bound to be a club near you.
Come and get that feel good feeling! You’ll be motivated by your fellow runners and our amazing coaches - all groups have a WhatsApp group for advice, support and arranging those all important homework runs. We KNOW you can do this.
It costs just £2 a session on a pay as you go basis (contactless or in cash on the day). MileShyClub is a registered charity so every penny goes towards our various community projects that help get people active.
Altrincham
Altrincham is our only daytime group - you get to run in the daylight all year round. You can get signed up HERE.

Bramhall

Cheadle
Cheadle was one of our first clubs in the Stockport borough. You can get signed up HERE.

Chorlton
We had lots of requests to open in Chorlton - it’s been a super popular group! You can get signed up HERE.

Longsight
Our very first WOMENS ONLY club! This group is not your usual Couch To 5K group - it’s an indoor jogging and walking fitness club.
We meet at 11am on Mondays in the main hall of 422 Community Hub, 422 Stockport Road, M12 4EX.
Moss Side
