COUCH TO 5K NOW ON IN ALL CLUBS
With multiple clubs across Trafford, Salford and Manchester there is bound to be one near you - Mondays are at 6pm in Wythenshawe and at 6.30pm in Stretford and Urmston. Tuesdays are at 5.30pm in Swinton, 6.30pm in Sale and Partington and 7.30pm in Salford Quays. Thursdays are at 6pm in Worsley and 6.30pm in Old Trafford. Fridays are at 9.30am in Altrincham. We’re a charity so it’s just £2 a session, pay as you go in cash on the day.
Come and get that feel good feeling! You’ll have the support of your fellow runners, the knowledge of our amazing coaches and all groups have an optional WhatsApp group for advice, support and arranging those homework runs. We KNOW you can do this. Come along and give it a go!

Altrincham
Our Altrincham club launched with a brand new Couch To 5K course almost a year ago!
We meet at 9.30am on Fridays at John Leigh Park, WA14 4EQ.
Old Trafford
We’re moving to Alexandra Park for the summer!
We’ll be meeting at 6.30pm on Thursdays by The Pavilion Cafe, Russell Street, M16 7JL.
Partington
We cannot tell you just how amazing our Partington group is, it’s a real community session with a real community feel.
We meet at 6.30pm on Tuesdays outside Partington Fish Bar, M41 4EL.
Sale
Where it all began for MileShy! Expect a lot of encouragement and inspiration from one of our largest groups.
We meet at 6.30pm on Tuesdays outside Slug & Lettuce, M33 7BS.
Salford Quays
Our Salford Quays club is just over the road from the bright lights of Media City!
We meet at 7.30pm on Tuesdays outside Tesco on Trafford Road, M5 3AW.
Stretford
The lovely Shelly Quinton-Hulme at Victoria Park Community Centre and her team are real supporters of this club.
Beginners meet at 6.30pm on Mondays at Victoria Park Community Centre, M32 0AD.
Swinton
Our Swinton club utilises the beautiful green spaces in the park and the Swinton Greenway.
We meet at 5.30pm on Tuesdays inside Victoria Park, M27 4UR.
Urmston
There’s something so special about our coaches at Urmston, there’s a real family feel to the group.
We meet 6.30pm on Mondays at Pennybridge Lane, round the back of the Bird I’th Hand pub, M41 5DN.
Worsley
Our Worsley club makes use of the lovely flat canal path and Worsley Woods.
We meet at 6pm on Thursdays by the monument on Worsley Green, M28 2PA.
Wythenshawe
We’re moving to Wythenshawe Park for the summer!
We’ll be meeting at 6pm on Mondays between Wythenshawe Hall and the Oliver Cromwell statue, M23 0AB.
