We know that a lot of our runners travel in from all areas of Manchester to make our Sale and Urmston sessions. That's why, from the 25th September, we are (yes really!) launching the #MileShyClub in OLD TRAFFORD! How cool is this?!!! We'll be offering new beginner running sessions on a Wednesday evening at 6.30pm at Limelight and there will be free refreshments after for those of us who like a natter. Still just £2 a session.
