OUR BIGGEST AND BEST SANTA DASH EVER!

We had an AMAZING day on Sunday at our Sale Santa Dash! Thankyou so much to everybody that came down and took part, we were so impressed with all the effort that went into the costumes!

We are so chuffed to confirm that the total amount raised from ticket sales and donations on the day was an amazing £1,262.48, the most we've ever raised from the Santa Dash! All proceeds were donated to 3 Dads Walking and PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide.

Huge thanks also to everybody who donated to the food bank and pet food bank collections. We dropped off the donations to Sale West Food Bank and the Rainbow Café Pet Food Bank in Partington yesterday. We also gave the food bank in Sale all our leftover goody bags which contained sweets and crafts for kids (and adults!) which are going to be used at Christmas events across Sale.

All photos from the day (and previous years), can be found HERE We can't thank our photographer Derek Stuart-Cole enough for giving up his time to come out and support the event every year (in the cold!).

We also have to thank all of our amazing sponsors: VCM Graphic Design GRIPADVENTURE.co.uk Sale Podiatry Dapper Dogs The Boathouse Restaurant Diddibox Flowers B&V Trading TreeTops Café Rudy's Pizza Napoletana - Sale , Sammy Burns for the gazebo and table loans and Ian Thomas Yarwood for van hire and printing flyers. Thank you to Mike Palmer from 3 Dads and the Papyrus volunteers. We also are totally grateful to our amazing #MileShyClub volunteers who gave up their time to do a multitude of tasks from organising the races (@mrsmileshy aka Jane Dennison), handing out flyers at the Makers Market (Tara), preparing goody bags, to marshalling on the day, being visited by the fantastic Santa, and the "not so" fantastic Grinch Frank Tsang and making tough decisions over fancy dress prizes. Thank you to: Alison, Andy, Angela, Annette, Bram, Charlotte, Cheryl, Clare C, Clare L, Jill, Jo, Kath, Kerry and Archie, Lin, Mark B, Mark O, Pam , Rach , Ruth , Sally M, Sally T, Sam, Sasha and Tracey. Thanks also to BBC Radio Manchester for featuring us ahead of the day and to Granada Reports who reported on the event on their website. We also mustn't forget Trafford Council who give us permission to use the space at the gorgeous Sale Water Park. We really hope we haven't forgotten anyone!

We can’t wait to do it all over again in 2023!
